-Responsible for overall technical management of the lab and maintain the quality system as per ISO/SASO 17025.
-Responsible for method development, validation and uncertainty estimation
-Update and up-keep all technical records pertaining to ISO/SASO 17025.
-Responsible for daily instrument calibration and calibration data/certificate maintenance.
-Maintain QC data and QC trend analysis.
-Organize and data handling of all proficiency testing events.
-Handling complaints pertaining to technical pitfalls.
-Closing CARs and NCs pertaining to technical clauses of ISO/SASO 17025 raised in internal and external audits
-Participate in MRM and act on plans decided in technical issues.

- Working on quality management system:
1. Launching and implementing Daily Process Control Sample program (DPCS).
2. Coordinating and taking care of Proficiency Testing (PT) sample.
3. Investigating and filing Quality Inspection Report (QIR) / Root cause analysis.
4. Working on validation and verification of the chemical analysis.
5. Formulating and implementing Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
- Providing analytical support and scientific method that can be used for food, cosmetic..etc testing.
- Offering product specification.
Organic synthesis (milligram- to gram-scale), including metal-catalyzed reactions (Sonogashira coupling and hydrogenation); purification techniques including chromatography, crystallization, and distillation; characterization techniques including NMR, GC, MS, IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, fluorescence, DSC, TGA, voltammetry, etc.; laboratory safety and chemical hygiene; and use of literature databases such as Scifinder Scholar.

-Synthesis and characterization of 1-ethyl-3, 5-dimethylpyrazole-3, 5-dicarboxylate. This ligand was made and its interactions with various kind of metals such as iron and cobalt was studied as well.
