E commerce admin task has customer has been placed the orders through website this order has been fall in magento ( e commerce delivery software ) who has been handled by admin admin has print the order and give to picker picker will picked the items according to customer requirements and came back to admin with order paper and items after that admin will coordinate with customer for those items are oos( out of stock) and additional items adding by customer after that finally admin will make the invoice in magento and give to concerned person for dispatched the order to driver
1. Admin has make the reconciliation sales report at the end of the day and send to finance department
2. Admin handled petty cash for miscellaneous cash expenses
3. Admin has collection the cash from driver for customer cash order and submitted to cash office on daily basis
4. Admin also has been useful to ms outlook for
Send and recieved email from management as well as customer
5.admin also responsible for quality checking for make sure items are not damaged or expired as avoiding the customer complain
6. in the free time admin also help to picker and dispatcher for picked and dispatched the orders
That is above the task of admin on daily basis
i am working in home delivery department first confirmed the order from picker and call center agent they will give handover to dispatcher than dispatcher has been checked all items according to quantity and quality make sure items are not expired or damaged than dispatcher has scanned all items one by one to cash counter the dispatcher has handover items to driver with customer invoice, security paper and full customer information make sure all customer information(like- name, address, contact no., delivery time)are correct and all items properly checked from security head and last help driver to loading items into delivery van and give instruct to driver delivered the orders as per delivery timing
