Accountable for monitoring & overseeing the construction of two projects in Makkah AL Mokaramah with a total combined value 400 MSR. For the 1st stage.
The projects include offices, residential Villas, Museums, Restaurants, Coffeeshops, Mosques, Roads, Parking areas, , MEP and external works.
Reorganised the project management functions; working closely with all parties to improve construction and design processes to ensure Owner expectations were met.
Oversaw activities including project planning, change orders, QA\QC process, construction activities, scheduling and site costs and provided advice in respect of value engineering and methodology.
Developed and implemented an improved project management plan, KPIs and payment mechanism to monitor project delivery.
assuring the successful handover of facilities and buildings at the end of project.
Direct Manage execution infrastructure networks for increasing density as per Ministry of Housing Specifications with Total number of 3229 villas,
Following the progress of construction works of two projects KAP4 & KAP2 across 13 sites in the North, Central and Eastern regions with a total combined value SR 5.8bn.
The project includes offices, residential, educational institutes, sports centres, theatres, MEP and external works.
Managing the technical issue log for all sites, assuring achieving the planned invoices and solve all the obstructions.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
* Reported directly to the Project Director with accountability Managing & execution All External underground utilities &
Fence Works (Civil & Structure) with 4 gates. & landscape & Hardscape & Asphalt Works, and electrical rooms and part of
the finishing works for International Convention Centre ICC Project (SR 880m) in the Medina region of Saudi Arabia.
* Maintained/updated progress reports ensuring projects are delivered to timelines and engineering completeness.
* Established and managed relationships with subcontractors; negotiating cost effective terms and working collaboratively
to coordinate responsibilities and meet demanding timescales.
* Developed relationships and liaised regularly with key stakeholders throughout project lifecycle to discuss progress,
mitigate risks and ensure deliverables and client expectations are achieved.
NKAIA (New King Abdul-Aziz International Airport) Jeddah site \ Client: GAGA.
Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
* Managing & execution all the external underground utilities construction.
* Managing & execution all the Car parks works (hard + landscape + asphalt).
* Managing the Coordination with ARAMCO regarding all the intersections between Existing ARAMCO fuel lines and all
project activities like : utilities corridor +utility tunnel +bridges foundations + storm water lines + box culvert + open
channel + M V & L V cables +potable water + grey water + fire lines …
* Led and coordinate the project team to successfully execute the obstructed underground activities with ARAMCO lines
including the design & approval & planning & training & execution & closing.
* Led and coordinate the project team (including crew members and subcontractors) in line with ARAMCO Requirements &
client requirements; delivering training and mentoring in the use of ARAMCO authorization system.

* Managing & execution all the infrastructure works including the civil work ( Excavations & sand &backfilling & testing &

lines & GRP pipes & steel pipes ) and cables ( MV & LV & LC & lighting lines )
* Led and coordinate project team including subcontractors, estimators and managers in respect of operations and
construction activities.
