Ensure the proper execution of Metro Own Brands, Off Posts, and Metro Post through Operations Team effectively to increase the share of valet.
Monitoring the KPIs by ensuring the customers activation and profitable margins.
Make plans to fill assortment gaps, adding new articles for a larger customer basket.
Liaison between all the stake holders involved in business process e.g. Staff, Company, Customers and Suppliers.
