 Structure CMTs according to segments and local needs to meet customer needs and capitalize on growth.
 Maximize on commercial opportunities through developing and implementing effective campaigns to attain business growth both organic and new.
 Drive the penetration of Aramex shipping tools
 Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CMT
 Set CMT targets and monitor CMT performance against set targets
 Set CMT bonus parameters, and regularly calculate bonus as per station procedures.
 Conduct market research and gather related information needed to drive growth and improve processes
 To implement and follow up on the implementation of GSO initiatives to ensure adherence to Aramex policies and meet required goals.
 Manage customer data and ensure its flow and entry to meet set standards
 Provide CRM awareness training for the newly joined employees.
