Talent Acquisition & Management - I worked as Recruitment Lead and was overseeing a team of 4 members.
• In-charge of end-to-end recruitment of permanent positions from entry level to C-level. Achieved 90% fill
ratio by closing the open positions within the 60 days (assigned KPI), reduced the recruitment time cycle
from 90 days to 60 days.
• Build a robust talent pipeline through LinkedIn and other networking channels to meet current and future
talent demands. Headhunt the competitors' key personnel's in order to get market insights and
benchmarking of the certain roles.
• Recruitment Marketing - Company’s branding on different social media channels to create an awareness
among the job seekers and use creative methods to attract the passive applicants. Managed company’s
official LinkedIn, Facebook page, and LinkedIn Recruiter account.
• Provide consultation and direction to the Senior Management on the strategic and emerging staffing
trends. Partner with them to understand the business operations in order to develop recruiting strategies
to fill staffing needs to optimize the business performances.
• Liaise with the third party for the applicants Soft Skills Assessments - Predictive Index (PI), Hogan etc.
• Responsible to prepare the necessary documents for UAE nationals and expats such as security
approvals, offer letters, employment contracts, visa processing, insurances and bank accounts etc.
• Responsible for arranging Induction Training to integrate the new employee into the organization and to
supply information about the nature of workforce, conditions of service and welfare facilities.
HR Administration
• Responsible to update the HR documents & policies as per the new laws, and requirements for instance
offer letters, employment contract, probation assessment form, interview assessment form, joining
checklist etc. Accordingly, liaise with the QHSE department to register these new and revised documents
as per the ISO version and numbers, and updating those documents on IMS folder for all users.
• Design and update the Job Descriptions (JDs) in consultation with the Line Manager and HR Manager.
• Prepare Probation period confirmation and extension letters as per the performance evaluation.
• Conduct the Exit Interviews.
• Manage outsource staff which includes contracts review, monthly payment processing, correspondence
with suppliers about payment, staff accommodation, staff off-hire and other operational issues.
• Raise the Purchase Requisitions for all HR & Admin related matters. Ensure the suppliers payments will be
paid on time to avoid any inconvenience.
• First point of contact for all issues related to HR operations in all over the UAE, employee grievances, and
other employee matters.
• Prepare HR reports as and when required by the Management.
• Participate internal and external HR Audits and represent the Recruitment section during the audits.
• Create new employees account in Oracle HRMS, prepare personal files of new joiners, and update the
existing employee’s data on monthly basis.
Training and Development
• Coordinate and organize the in-house and out-house training for the staff as per the defined Training
Needs Analysis and Calendar.
• E-learning portal - work closely with L&D team to upload the content on company’s e-learning portal and
to ensure all relevant data is available on HRSS (HR Self-service System).
• Organize employee engagement activities.
Performance Management
• Support L&D team for annual performance appraisals, managing poor performances, and
disciplinary process.

in case of deduction because of attendance. Issued warning letters to the staff having poor attendance.
