Working on the implementation of a robust financial reporting framework to monitor performance, the flow of funds adherence to the budget, expenditures, income and other budgetary requirements.
Developing guidelines and templates for the preparation of budgets of ongoing operations & special projects and communicating with other Departments to obtain inputs for budget preparation and generation the consolidated budget.
Assisting in developing the function’s strategy and plans and ensure that they are closely aligned with the entity’s overall strategy and objectives and the entity’s specific requirements.
Monitoring of the Group Cash flows.
Overseeing and ensuring the timely update of the payroll database to ensure the accuracy of payroll data and information.Managing the preparation, verification and maintenance of payroll records and reports to ensure the payroll is processed timely and accurately in line with due authorization, approved budgets and the entity’s policy and procedures.
Reviewing and approving all monthly payroll transaction in order to ascertain that all payments are accounted for in the financial system.Reviewing the reconciliation of payroll accounts to ensure data accuracy, ensuring all the relevant ledger accounts have been adjusted and correctly processed.
Overseeing, planning and completion of Audit Assignments.
Helping in Maintenance of Accounts during Interim Audits, up to Finalization of the accounting periods followed by Assistance in the closing of accounts.
Budgeting and forecasting with periodical controls, variance analysis and management reporting and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Solution of Audit and Accounting issues of clients by communicating with directors, CEO, Managers or relevant executives and reporting directly to the responsible audit managers and engagement partners.
Internal Audit assignments for identifying risks faced by the organization both internally and externally and preparations of reports highlighting the shortcomings found and suggesting improvements for them to mitigate those risks.
