Key Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth research on the Venture Capital & Private Equity Industry, Capital Market, Primary market, Secondary market, Service Provider & other entities involved in U.S.
• Research on Corporate Action/Restructure taken by Public Companies.
• Writing reports, articles and preparing presentation on company analysis and industry research.
• Analysis of private company’s Product Sales, Revenue, Net Income, EBITDA from various news sources and SEC.
• Summarizing target companies business model and strategy, industry scenario including Porter’s 5 forces analysis, SWOT analysis, PESTL and Six forces model.
• Gather deal specific, venture capital and buyout funds information from sources such as Crunch Base, Market Wire, Business Week, Reuters, Tech Crunch, Venture Wire, Lexis Nexis and SEC Filings
