Analyze of heavy machinery & equipment’s report to ensure that working hours of the equipment matching with the operation plan
Managing the resources for the group to complete their schedule for the month
Coordination meeting between Project managers, with technical office manager of the project to ensure that working on site matching with the planning
Monitoring & controlling of wastage material to reduce the cost
Check the invoices of subcontractor & supplier to ensure that cost of invoices is correct
