Currently I am working as an Implementation Coordinator for Ericsson - STC 5G Colocation project.
My duties are:
• Managing teams doing installation and integration for Ericsson 5G equipment (AIR + Power + Fiber + Baseband).
• Representing my company inside Ericsson and following in daily basis with Ericsson project’s team the progress of the project.
• Implementation follow-up and support for Field teams.
• Preparing and sending daily progress reports to Ericsson and my managers.
• Before I worked at Ericsson - STC 5G Aspiration project.
• Also, I finished successfully with performance award from closing Ericsson - Mobily LTE800 implementation project.

My duties there were:

• Working with General Directorate for Communications and Security Systems (GDCSS) of Saudi MOI_ under T-Advisory company_ to monitor and follow up the Telecom projects.
• Conducting regular Meetings with contractors to check and discuss the projects progress and issues.
• Participating in preparing and checking of projects’ RFPs.

My duties there were:
• Leading the IoT (Internet of things) Operation’s support team to provide support for all operation activities for regional managers (4 regions) and their teams that they were implementing and maintaining the IoT equipment (Fleet Management, Tracking systems, … etc)
• Collecting implementation and maintenance reports from all regions and using MS Excel advanced functions (VLOOKUP, Pivots & MS Power point) to prepare daily and weekly reports and send them to Operations’ director.
• Using the IT systems (CP, JIRA) for reporting and following up with regional managers and sales representatives.

My duties there were:
• Preparing of project progress reports and sending them to top management on daily basis.
• Preparing of project documentation and statistics reports.
• Coordinating with logistics, HR & IT departments to facilitate the project activities.
• Coordinating with client for project scheduling and planning.
• Preparing installation prototypes and getting approval from MOI consultant.
• Following up with Site engineers and confirming that the work is going as per scheduled and in a high quality.

• Coordinate work activities between Nokia and my teams ( Implementation teams)
• Working on Zain network to upgrade 2G, 3G & LTE Technologies.
• Distribute and assign tasks to my teams and follow up progress.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports to my Company and my customer (Nokia).

My duties and responsibilities were:
• Working on STC wireless modernization project for 2G, 3G & 4G.
• Aggregation for all technologies to work on IP/MPLS technique.
Configure the IP RAN & MPLS parameters, check and ping the connection from Radio Base Station to BSC, RNC & OSS.

# Main duties:

Field Maintenance for ZAIN Sudan 2G/3G Radio, Transmission & Power supply equipment which includes:
• Ericsson RBS2000 & RBS6000 families.
• Ericsson Microwave Transmission _Mini Link TN, CN & HC.
• Ericsson Power Supply systems _BBS2000, BBS2000i, PBC6500 & PBC6200.


# Other duties:

• New sites acceptance.
• HW/SW Upgrade and downgrade for Radio & Transmission equipment when needed.
• Field maintenance and customer support for other venders’ equipment “Huawei, NSN, Siemens”
• Arrange and facilitate the work for customer’s auditors.
• Data collection when needed by customer.
• Weekly and monthly reports showing the status on the field.
• Manage spare parts and issuing technical report showing faulty spare part problems.
• Manage, facilitate and coordinate with subcontractor companies when they work in the region.
• Support the customer for any other activities.
