• Responsible of HR & Recruitment department.

• Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;

• Assist assigned Department management determines and defines the manpower needs of their operations. Conduct succession-planning activities to prepare a potential source of skills available in the organization.
• Assist the assigned Department management in achieving the manpower recruitment plan through approval of Employment Requests, organizing advertisements, assessing the CVs of prospective candidates against the job specification & agreeing appropriate shortlists; arranging for interviews and preparing the required documentation; conducting interviews with department management, assessing candidate's performance & recording agreed interview outcomes and decisions, processes applications through the administration system for preparation of approval of job applications, job offers, contracts, etc. Ensures that no delays result during this process such that recruitment lead times are minimized. Ensures that all documentation processed and submitted for his/her area of assignment is correct in detail.
• Assist the assigned Department and the Training function conduct training activities, such as courses, workshops.
• Manage full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll administration, compensation & benefits administration, performance management, insurance administration, employment visas
• Recruiting, sourcing and developing staff potential, compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports using computer.
• Records employee information, such as personal data; compensation, benefits, time and attendance; performance reviews or evaluations; and termination date and reason.
• Updates employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.
• Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
• Prepare all insurance papers for the projects also renewal it. Also Prepare all document and reports related to Medical and Life Insurance.
* Provide a professional and efficient recruitment service to the business.
* Responsible for filling vacancies within their AOR in a timely and efficient manner.
* Submitting integral to the delivery of key recruitment business projects as requested by the Recruitment Manager/Head of HR.
* Manage of recruitment and selection activities for technical, professional, and managerial level positions to include formulation of job descriptions, advertising in various Job portals, and management of interview process
• Build a strong network of resources on LinkedIn and other platforms to ensure a continuous supply of candidates when needed
• Create a Database of resumes
• Manage and co-ordinate manpower planning in line with company expansion
• Responsible for screening candidates, shortlisting suitable candidates, arrange interviews, arrange Second round of interviews with the concerned department personnel, prepare offer letters/Contracts for selected candidate after negotiation of salaries and joining dates.
• Send purchase requests for new joiners
• Arrange with travel agencies for joining tickets, arrange for Airport pickup with our Drivers, and allocate the staff in the accommodation tracker
• Submit documents of new joiners to L&D, Payroll, and Admin.

• Ensure all the vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the agreed time frame and to the required standard as documented.
• Conduct walk-in drives locally and overseas in collaboration with the Recruitment agencies.
• Collaborate with the Local universities to sources fresh graduates
• Coordinate with local agencies for outsourcing staff when needed
• Lead and manage various HR projects as directed by the Human Resources Manager and in-line with HR
• Manage mass recruitment of all vacancies on Recruitment Management System and external job boards.
• Search, pre-screen and present shortlisted CV’s to the Hiring Manager.
• Maintain relationships with the Hiring Managers and act as a consultant to their recruiting needs.
