As a Product Manager for Stadium, I have taken the lead in shaping and executing vertical features, including catalog development, inventory management, and swag design modules. My current role involves leading the expansion of our Bundles/Kit modules to further augment our product offerings and provide enhanced value to our clients.

- Work with management to develop a deep understanding of the product vision and business goals
- Conduct extensive primary and secondary research in the product domain and come up with a product and marketing strategy
- Develop user personas, use cases, interaction flows and sitemaps/navigation for the product in hand
- Decide on a set of product features and write specifications/PRDs with great detail to document functional and aesthetic aspects what needs to be built.
- Create wireframes of the intended user experience to guide tech teams to comprehend userexperience - Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and quality assurance on building the “right product” by explaining specifications, guiding user experience, reviewing deliverables and conveying an exciting vision
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Drive efforts to develop both the software-as-a-service application and the public marketing site that encapsulates the sales pitch for the product

This position leads the requirements development for applying technology to satisfy the business
needs.
• Defines and documents internal and external user interfaces, supports system, data requirement clarification and definition
• Works with client personnel to identify required changes
• End-to-end owner of the requirements, from the gap analysis phase to delivery into Production Environment
• Synthesize high-level architecture and business objectives with detailed business and system requirements
• Delivering documentation for User Stories, User Requirements, Use Cases, Business Rules, or other detailed deliverables
• Modeling techniques and methods like Business Process Flows, Data Flow Diagrams, State Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Mock-ups, and proposed design
• Benchmarking and comparative analysis with competitive software products
• Extensive industry research from a completeness and correctness perspective to ensure that all thebusiness scenarios have been catered within the requirement radius/scope
• Effectively manage complex requirements projects involving multi-disciplinary stakeholders
