•Maintaining company corporate applications: Exchange and active directory.

•Successfully deployed the new out of kingdom remote site located in Italy, Europe. The infrastrcuture made in short was installing the domain controller, building Client access, Hub Transport and Mailbox in Clustered CCR HA environmnet. In addition, installing WSUS, Antivirus, and windows deployement services utilized for deploying over 60 workstations. At later stage, migrating PMT users mailboxes from Head Quarter to the remote site.
•Providing Consultation services and procedures to second level support unit.
•Officially hired as a permenant Employee on january 2010 as a server administrator.
•Desinged, implemetned the new refinary data center infrastructure in terms of server farm, AD, Exchange, SCOM, SCCM, Antivirus, VMWare, SQL, etc..
•Implemented forest trust relation-ship between corporate and new refinary domains, moved users bewteen environments accordingly. This step will follow a huge migration of data along with authentication prevlidges.
•Decommesioned Rome/Italy site which includes proper removing of objects from AD, and data sanitizations.
•Currently, conducting the FAT, IFAT for the refinary DC site.
inhereting ITIL Standard frameWork into looking information technology as a service provided to our end cutomers: BAESYSTEMS. I look after the service as an overall from the end user prespective. The services provided as first level, second level, and third level in terms of infrastructure readiness and support provided.
Managing the applications team which supports SATORP Refinary applications including: Meriduim, KBC, ASPENTECH, LIMS, PIMS, SPI, PRODOM, etc...
