• Lead product and process establishment in the plant for new projects.
Rubber and Nuclear Cables - AED 100 m project.
• Lead tendering process, installation and commissioning of machines for new projects.
• Formulate strategy & deployment of Lean Principles within organization.
• Train, develop and drive employees for using tools of Lean Six Sigma, 5S and TPM.

Achievements:
• Led the cost saving project for flexible conductors (new product), and thereby contributing to savings of over AED 1 M.
• Increased the productivity of machines to debottleneck the process by driving autonomous maintenance, quick changeover, workplace organization and visual management for key machines.
• Implemented SAP Warehouse Management (WM) for better Inventory Control and thereby reducing the WIP in the plant by 30%.
• Develop management systems for new processes, by establishing the process and machine specification to align with Ducab QHSE system.

• Initiated Six-Sigma Project for Auto-Packaging System by following the DMAIC and CEDAC process to improve quality rate from 84% from 99.2%

• Use Advanced Statistical Tools to measure, analyze and make the system robust

• Designed, developed and optimized a micro-wire feeder to handle metallic wires of sizes
as low as 100 microns to facilitate laser metal deposition/welding
• Developed a Working Model with 97% reliability and 95 % precision
• Published Research Papers in ASME - American Society of Mechanical Engineers and Missouri University and Science & Technology
