• My role is a Project Leader and single point of contact for all client communications. Leading team of MEP engineers and technicians.

• Reviewing and checking shop drawings and materials submittals, Response to the RFI’s submitted by the contractor, Attend site co-ordination meeting, technical meeting and carry out joint inspection with the client’s representative for the approval of the material sample submitted by the Contractor, Monitoring Quality Checks for site works in accordance with the specifications, drawings.
• Site survey during pre-construction stage, Prepare survey report and identify client with challenges to achieve the goals, Prepare project briefs to provide directions for the sub-consultants, Review and monitor work done by the sub-consultants, Provide Value Engineering for the project with cost implications, Peer review of the design works. External Infrastructure works that includes master planning of the services.
