• Liaising with Business Process Owners, gathering & analysing product requirements & specifications and serving as primary technical contact for the clients
• Leading & supervising implementation of new systems, whether developed in-house or third party and ensuring proper functioning of existing systems
• Providing support, coaching and mentoring to the team members to ensure that all objectives and commitments are fulfilled in line with expectations, agreements and standards
• Supporting and managing the company’s enterprise suite of applications, ensuring the systems meet Business Area requirements for functionality, performance and reliability

• Developing appropriate project control and reporting procedures, used for planning, scheduling and tracking projects through integration of various Project Management tools
• Responsible for handling comprehensive problem, analysis and solution development for requirements while contributing to the success of the team by prioritizing tasks and delivering project on time
• Helping the development team understand the business requirements by conducting thorough market research to realize the impact of the solution proposed
• Managing the data collection, analysis, recommendation and presentation and adroitly handling the creation of Use Cases and Test Cases
• Overseeing the entire end to end management of the operational aspects of projects and acting as the liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Driving efficiency and operational improvement through business process definition, system alignment, and optimization of standard business application functionality
• Preparing an understanding document detailing the existing functionality and flow procedure, developing ways and means for monitoring project progress and for intervention and redressing issues if any
• Providing guidance on the projects and its requirements to the clients over the technology, processes and applications while updating them on the regular project related developments
• Ensuring client’s issues are promptly addressed & documented; providing resolution in a timely & professional manner and passing them to correct channels
• Performing business modelling, identifying use cases, detailing system use cases with all requirements, following requirement management plan and preparing activity/ sequence diagrams for better understanding the system
• Providing thought leadership in overall project management, project planning, resources deployment/ utilization, task allocating, scheduling and monitoring along with risk identification/ mitigation
• Assisting project manager in project delivery by aiding in problem solving, change management, progress reporting and implementing solutions aligned to business requirements
• Providing guidance, technical presentations on projects and its requirements to the team members/clients over the technology/processes/applications as part of project deliverables ensuring successful project handover
The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India has recognized 'O' level examination conducted by the Computer Society of India (CSI) under the Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) Scheme as equivalent to Foundation Level course for the purpose of employment to posts and services under the Central Government w.e.f 1st March 1995 vide their notification No: F 18-23/92-TD.V/TS-IV dated 1st March 1995. In view of the above notification the passed out candidates with 'O' level qualification from the DOEACC Society will henceforth be the eligible for registration in employment exchanges for job assistance.
