Key responsibilities:
•Execute all Project Cost Control functions to ensure all projects are within budgeted cost parameters.
•Develop an effective project plan template that can be utilized to schedule development, control and critical path analysis In order to ensure project milestones are achieved.
•Provide risk analysis on all Project contracts, as required by the Department Manager in order to highlight the items with the most significant impact on the project costs
•Provide inputs to the Manager for the development of Budgets, Work plans and specific tools for the Project in order to follow the project costs so as to estimate total forecasts, quantity costs and expected outcomes.
•Preparation of Bid Analysis and maintain MR status.Monitoring costs and generates variance reports.

•Interfaces between the project financial accountant and the project team/contractors.
