• Responsibilities

❖ In Design Department:-

* Design of Low Voltage Panels like crane Control Panels, Drawing involves Single line Diagram, General Arrangement, Design Specification, Power Diagram & Bill of Material.
* Preparation of Mechanical GA drawings, Customer Specs, Single Line Diagram, Line Layout, Power Line. Route, Internal & External line layout as per available data from respective departments.
* Preparation of As Built Drawings as per data received from respective sites.
* Extensive Site Support to educate and help service engineers in trouble shooting, fixing a problem.
* Manufacturing support like fixing an improperly mounted panel, implementation of new logics.
* Support extended towards Panel vendors & fabricators.
* Item Codification and operation in SAP environment.
* Continuously identify & work on cost reduction activities & standardize electrical design which significantly reduces design time & no room for design errors.
* Supporting Fellow team members.

Academic Project at diploma in E&TC

Title: - Fire Alarm System.
Design and integration of Fire Alarm system, which raises an alarm the moment when a fire hazard is sensed inside a residential building and factory.

Position Project & Design Engineer
• Responsibilities

❖ In Production Department:-
* Side by side handling production department, to look after material required, handle inspection of panel, to check the continuity of each & every switchgear, as per drawing. After the third party inspection make a inspection report regarding that specific panel.
* Managing relations with Clients, Consultants.
* Errection Testing Commissioning of: * MCC Control Panel, PCC Power Panel, Instrument Control Panel with Relay Control Circuit, Synchronizing Relay Panel Etc.
* Ability to work with people representing diverse cultures.
* Ability to work under pressure & organize workload to meet deadlines.

❖ In Design Department:-
* Design of Low Voltage Panels like MCC & PCC Control Panels, Instrument Control Panels & PLC Control Panel. Drawing involves Single line Diagram, General Arrangement, Design Specification, Power Diagram also the schemes like CT & PT Schemes, Breakers Schemes, Tripping Schemes, Illumination schemes & Bill of Material.
* Preparation of GA drawings, Single Line Diagram, Line Layout, Power Line. Route, Internal & External line layout as per available data from respective departments.
Checking and finalizing of execution drawings. As well as checking of customer wise electrical drawing as per work permission
* Preparation of As Built Drawings as per data received from respective sites.
* Preparing the documentation of test certificates for above mentioned equipments such as type test reports, routine test certificates etc.
* And also, studding enquiry & Preparing quotation and make a drawing and logic of MCC, PCC, Drive, PLC Panels as per customer requirement.

* 12 Months of Experience in Technical field as a Trainee (N.C.T.V.T) in Production Department with M/s Cotmac Electronics Pvt. Ltd. from 1 Oct. 2005 to 30 Sep. 2006.
