- Manage FMEA Process meetings and monitoring actions implemented.
- Participate in the plant layout and the location of all equipment, tools and machinery while optimizing the surface and the of production-quality process
Quality system
- Develop a quality standard (Quality manual, procedures, work instruction, forms).
- Plan and handle internal audits & pilot the management reviews
- Implement the dashboard with a daily monitoring of KPI with all managers.
- Gain the ISO 9001 v2008 certification in 2010
- Prepare for certification ISO 14001 and ISO TS
- Lean Manufacturing
- Implement 5S discipline, and Kaizen, Pokayoke, QRQC
- Ensuring traceability of all products during all phases
- Support the implement of ERP system “EXCALIBUR”
Quality control:
- Handle supplier’s claims.
- Review & analysis of customer defect data with development of corresponding action plans to reduce defects.
- Ensure the continuous improvement
Handling Customer Complaints, Customer Returns, and Survey Responses.
- Quality Planning and Continual Improvement Plans.
- Process Characterisation programmes, that included process mapping, FMEA, identification of critical parameters, MSA, Process Capability, DOE, TPM, SPC, and Control Plans.
- Support others services in investigation & resolving problems
- The contribution of the implantation of the production chain EMKA MED
- Piloting internal training meetings and monitoring implantation actions
- The participation in the implantation of layout plant and specifying the location of all equipment, tools and machines, while optimizing
production-quality process
- Ensuring the availability of raw material respecting the commands and needs.
- Encouraging operators to comply with labor instructions.
- Elaboration of processes and procedures QMS work.
- Preparation and management of record files, work instructions and general rules of the factory.
- Following the quality system that manages the entire production process.
- Setting up a dashboard of the factory and daily monitoring of all indicators with all responsibles for the plant
- Implantation of 5S, Kaizen et Pokayoké.
- Piloting meetings of QQOQCP et AMDEC.
- Verifying the traceability of all products during all phases.
- Management of customer reclamations.
- Planning and management of the internal audits
- Steering and monitoring improvement projects (5S and Kaizen)
