• Build and maintain customer’s relationships in order to build strong loyalty of the customer.
• Sell products and participate in sales promotion activities to achieved sales target.
• Communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs and meet customer’s expectation.
• Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited their needs.
• Monitoring stock levels and sales, and re-ordering when necessary.
• Sell cosmetic to customers, who visit the retail outlets, ensuring high level of customer service in order to reach sales target. Prepare and submit reports periodically on sales turnover and stocks with a view to monitor profitability of operations.
• Verify stocks daily and place order with the shop Supervisor for the required quantity of products/brands to ensure that minimum stocks are maintained at all times.
• Merchandise products in the store shelves to ensure maximum visibility and exposure to the product/brand.
• Participate actively in sales promotions to increase sales and meet targets.
Welcome customer into store, initiate the sales process, offer them qualified advice on the available products, recommend appropriate products, and promote cross selling with a view to meet the customer’s needs.
Develop and submit comprehensive proposals based on invidually or team - assessed needs of potential clients.
Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts.
Involved. Received and transmit all the information to responsible person thru mails and other business associate like customers, suppliers and other persons.
Assist in preparation of receiving copies of all the documents for courier & record in and out for record purposes.
Provide professional till point service to close the sales and offer the customers an overall enjoyable shopping experience.
Handle customer complains professionally and escalate any serious issues to the Manager for suitable resolution.
Maintain an up- to- date database of customers visiting the store.
Communicate to the customers the information on special offers/ sales promotion events.
Merchandise goods prominently on the shop shelves and display units, replenishing stocks as often as required in conjunction with the Manager and merchandising team.
Check stock levels daily and recommend order to the Manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
Maintain personal grooming as per the brand standards to represent a positive image .
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports periodically on sales turnover and stocks with a view to monitor profitability of operations.
Advice customers on and demonstrate, wherever, required, the various skin care and beauty products available and the most suitable, to enable them to make a well-informed decision purchases.
Implement new techniques of make up as per the attended training courses conducted by appropriate supplier on makeup and skin care.
