Position Admin/HR Manager (Managing 100 Employees)
Ensuring that all resources such as manpower, materials, methods, and
Procedures are followed and utilized effectively and efficiently
Responsibility
• Handle daily financial transactions for the company DCP.
• Ensure up to date employees files details
• Responsible to monitor the receipt and distribution of inventory, Stock orders and issues.
• Ensure Admin Concerns are well addressed
• Processing ID for new staff and Renewal for current employers
• Mid Month and End Month reports
•
• Disseminate information to all respective concerning memos and policies
• Food Budget report to Project Management Office every week
• Prepare Payroll report every month
• Monitor employee ID and uniform request
• Maintain IT equipment and ensure it is working efficiency
• Prepare water, Fuel and internet report every Month
• Conduct inventory of the site’s Stationary and office supply and ensure authorized stock level is followed
• Prepare Hras, Fads and Fsx backups
• Keep Company vehicle Records
• Recruitment, Selection and staffing of Local employee and training.
Note: I use Hras System for employee Management, Fads for Financial
Management.
Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship.
