Completion of the Project safely with quality and time manner.
- Assisting planning department in order to prepare program for the Project and implementation of the same on site.
- Preparation of look ahead programs in co-ordination with Planning Engineer.
- Coordination with Technical Department, QA/QC Department, Purchasing / Procurement Department etc. in order to provide full support to site team well ahead of any activity sot that the Project can be carried out without Obstruction.
- Co-ordination with Commercial Department in order to finalize sub- contractors and suppliers well ahead of the Program.
- Preparation of Logistic Plan, Construction methodology
- Co-ordination with Key personnel of the Organization, Client, Consultants, Subcontractors and Supplier
- -Follow up and report on works progress (Civil) as Project Manager
- -Follow up the meeting with the Client representative.
- -Calculating quantities tenders
- -Checks and approves Construction drawings (Civil).
- Check and Prepare Bill of Quantities
- Checks and approves samples submittals (civil)
- -Prepare & follow up project planning
Supervision of villas from foundation to finishing.
-Making inspection for all structural elements (Foundations, slabs, columns).
-Having some experience in electrical and plumping works.
-Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
-Follow up & check & review contractor submittals
-Coordinate and study Architectural drawings against relevant activities and raise technical requests for information clarify and solve the discrepancies
-Understanding of delay analysis techniques
-Ability to work in AutoCAD
-Understand the project spec and follow the project procurement plan
-Obtaining necessary info and supplier / sub for submittal to consultant
