o Responsible for KSA & Egypt market
o Study and evaluate the RFP’s and tenders documents, such as drawings and specifications, to accurately determine
the scope of ELV projects to include all required materials, labor and submittals.
o Provide Consultancy and supervise the performance of the team.
o Work closely with the sales team to develop a mutual rewarding relationship with clients.
o Work closely with the implementation and technical team to develop a more cost effective solutions.

o Study and evaluate the RFP’s and tenders documents, such as drawings and specifications, to accurately determine
the scope of ELV projects to include all required materials, labor and submittals.

o Provide the applicable system design architecture diagram.

o Prepare and provide the detailed Bill of Quantity, including the materials resources i.e. brand, model, quantities and vendor.

o Provide all documentation required for approval including compliance statement, methods of statements,
technical data sheet, operations and maintenance manuals, shop drawing and as built drawing... etc.

o Prepare the financial proposal for the related projects including equipment estimated cost, manpower
estimation, expected execution period, cost analysis, revenue analysis, and estimated selling prices.

o Coordinates with the Technical Manager and Sales manager for approval of technical and financial proposal.

o Tender documentation preparation for submission.

o Prepares a comprehensive Statement of Work (SOW), including any exceptions/exclusions

o Responsible to response and address client / consultant comments on technical design and submittal.

o Proactively leads the development of the technical and financial proposal required to address client
requirements, assess clients’ met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate

o Installation of Master Clock System equipment such as Digital Clocks, Analog Clocks, IP Clock,
NTPServer, ......etc.

o Configuration of Honeywell Access Control Systems Software (Prowatch and WinPak).

o Configuration of Honeywell Video Management Systems Software (MaxproVMS and MaxproNVR).

o Configuration of MOBATIME Master Clock System Software (MobaNMS).

o Designing, implementation, commissioning and handover of physical security systems and controllers for IP CCTV.

o Preparing financial and technical offers for physical security systems.

o Tender documentation preparation and submission.

o Worked with different types of CCTV : Arecont Vision, Axis, Pelco and Interlogix

o Worked with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras.

o Worked with UTC/Lenel Access control system.
