1. Implement all social, cultural & sports activities on site.
2. Implement Performance Appraisal and performance development plan in site.
3. Participate in preparing updating and archiving employees credentials files.
4. Follow up and cover all medical insurance issues.
5. Cover social insurance issues for all site employees.
6. Works to execute recruitment process and to support in developing job descriptions.
7. Administers internal job posting program.
8. Prepares and analyses statistical reports to monitor applicant flow, selection and turnover for compliance with organization goals.
9. Participates in generating departmental periodic reports.
10. Aligns with industrial Training department to execute the training plan in an effective way.
11. Conducts new-employee orientations.
12. Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
13. Implements all employee relations and Organization Excellence activities such as (Employee surveys, Organization health assessment and employees rewarding...etc.
14. Follow up on the internal communication plans.
15. Makes any required analysis regarding HR areas, recruitment, training, turnover across all levels with making corrective action plans and maintaining it.
16. Handling of employees complains and trying to resolve it within the company policy mainframe.
17. Providing recommendations to HR manager on training programs &opportunities
18. Participates in performance appraisal program and revises as necessary (Rating).
19. Makes sure that the company policies are well known and understood to all factory employees.
20. Implements the training plans for the factory from all sides ( TNA, Training Scheduling, assigning trainers, Conducting the training sessions, Training logistics handling and training evaluation .
21. Conducts exits interviews.
22. Handling of employees complains and trying to resolve it within the company policy mainframe.
23. Receive and send the complaints and suggestion to the Operations’ employees relation
24. Follows up on clinic services and the availability of supplies in it and in house and out sourced medical care services and the quality of service according the SLA

• Managing all of Recruitment procedure like (Structures, Recruitment plan, screening, interviews, job offers, hiring procedure and make Scorecard for recruitment every month (Monthly Report).
• Managing all of Training procedure like Training Needs Assessment, Training plan, Training Implementation, Training evaluation and make Scorecard for recruitment every month (Monthly Report)
Set training plans. Implement a structured evaluation and assessment strategy for training programs. Analyze and present information gained from the evaluation and assessment process. Deliver presentations; stand up training, or instruction to staff, management, clients, or the general public. Acts as a resource to provide information or determine the most effective way of meeting the needs of management, staff, clients or customers. Prepared to travel as necessary to provide courses for participants in suitable locations. understanding of the training cycle, planning, developing, delivering and evaluating training, together with knowledge of people.
Receiving applicants CVs & proceed the screening and filing Process. Interviewing & testing applicants with skills measuring according to the interview assessment in order to shorten a list for the concerned manager. Offering & informing terms of recruitment to the new employees. Administrate recruitment process.(collecting references, Medical checkup, official documents, filing, archiving, etc…). Determines appropriate written, oral, and performance testing tools. Administrate the selection process.(Screening, Interviewing, Testing & Assessing) Develop a pool of qualified interviewers from the line managers to facilitate the process flow. Maintain Recruitment Database for all applied/interviewed candidates with their assessment. Develop and Maintain Relationship with Recruitment agencies as business partners
Create database Including Human Resources objectives such: Personal information (Name, Grade, Job, Department, Section, Insurance information (Fix Salary, variable Salary, Attendance information (Penalty, Absenteeism, overtime) Training information (Course name, Course location, Performance Appraisal), Administration information ( Transportation, bus lines).
