• Provide technical support for the IT department
• Give training to the IT department in how to install a client side installation in either domain or workgroup environment.
• Document all above tasks and reporting to the project manager.
• Gathering the requirement about business process in hr & payroll system and all desired reports and KPI.
• Importing the master data to the ERP system and integrate it with the financial and sales modules
• Adjust and configure the system to calculate the taxes for all employees as it is in the Egyptian Law “Income Tax 91 for year 2005”.
• Adjust and configure the system to calculate social insurance for all employees as it is in the Egyptian Law “Social Insurance 79 for year 1975”.
• Implementing and test the system through user acceptance test.
• Give training for the end user in how to use the system.
• Document all above implementation life cycle and reporting to the Project manager PM.
Responsibilities:
• Perform sizing exercise to implement web based application CRM.
• Making interviews with sales manager and technical manager to gather the requirement about implementing three modules Marketing, Sales and Support.
• Arrange meetings with Sales stuff & sales manager to collect the master data:
o Accounts, Contacts, Products
• Find the duplicate and make some cleaning tasks using Business Intelligence BI techniques.
• Installing CRM application on the following platform Windows Server 2003 Standard, Apache web server & My SQL database “the database & web server are in one package called XAMPP”.
• Importing the master data to the CRM application.
• Configure and customize the CRM to be adjusted with the customer requirement
• Creating users for the end user and manage permissions, groups, roles, profiles and security as mention in the interviews with the sales and technical manager.
• Configure the outgoing mail server SMTP & Incoming mail server to make the CRM interactive and send to users automatic emails about activities or tasks related to his/her user.
• Integrate the CRM with Microsoft outlook.
• Give the marketing, sales and technical stuff several training sessions.
• Perform an administration tasks e.g. monitor schedule backup.
• Train assistant to be first line support in case of any daily troubleshooting and help stuff
• Document all above implementation and training sessions materials
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the ERP System - Windows based application.
• Migrate ERP System and database from the host operating system Windows Server 2003 Enterprise and in work group environment to virtual machine VMware with the following platform Windows Server 2003, Active Directory Domain Services AD DS & Domain Name System DNS and SQL Server 2005 Enterprise.
• Reconfigure the client side to access the ERP system after migration and implementing AD DC
