Setting pre-event analysis for received o ers and sharing feedback including (Gaps per division & Category - Updates
Recommendations - Market & Competitors' latest activities) based on recent & last year's project performance.
Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams ( Content & Design | Category Marketing | Commercial | Private Label
Marketing ) and make sure each campaign to explore and agree on event objectives, tactics & opportunities.
Proposing and finalizing agreement on special supportive promo tactics ( Promo Code | Wallet Promotions | Cash Back O er)
Setting full & clear project deliverables plan assigned to members based on time frame aligned with Content & Design team.
Creating campaign holistic communication plan across all Nahdi Marketing touchpoints (In-Store Printed, Online, In-Store Digital
Screens, Organic Social Media, Paid Social Media, OOH, Email Marketing, Nahdi App notifications & SMS)
Follow-up report with operation team for stores performance during campaign and raising any related issues with commercial and
supply chain teams.
Post-event analysis considering initially agreed on metrics and sharing insights with all relevant stakeholders.
Monitor consumer trends and accurately interpreted meaning to be supported within campaigns & future plans.
Internally workflow processes enhancement and externally review SLA and action improvement areas with other stakeholders.
