• Product owner and project manager for CIB’s mobile payment product (Mobile Wallet). Mobile wallet is an innovative mobile money digital wallet. It transforms your existing mobile phone into a bank account and gives you the freedom to transfer money, purchase and pay your bills. This product is one of the bank’s drivers for financial including in the Egyptian market.
• Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
• Lead the comprehensive transformation program for mobile payment towards offering real customer centricity organization by revamping the Digital Banking Offering.
• Specify market requirements for mobile wallet by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
• Recommend the nature and scope of mobile wallet by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new ideas.
• Assess market competition by comparing the mobile wallet to competitors' products.
• Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term customer acquisition forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Build the required business cases/financial model for potential clients.
• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements & financials, evaluating options and resolving internal priorities.
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with mobile payment strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
• Vendor management including performance measurement and development to ensure that the bank receives IT services which are consistently fulfill expectations.
• Develop, manage and control vendor SLA, contracts, relationships and performance for the efficient delivery of services.
