- Provides technical & administrative information to the others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instruction.
- Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
- Managing team work
- Revising & coordinating the designing sheets
For Architecture, Structure and MEP with each other’s
- Sharing in solving problems
- Revising the shop drawing and details
- Revising the timing schedule
- Revising the bill of quantity and materials analysis
- Revising quantity surveying
- Preparing technical and material submittals.
- Documenting project issues/conditions.
- Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
- Review subcontractors' invoices.
- Follow-up with subcontractors during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments.
- Coordinate with quantity surveyors or payment appreciations and change orders.
