Responsibilities:
1- Review project document (B.O.Q., technical specifications, vendor list, drawings, Cost Center, Cost matrix & Cost estimation files) & visit project site, locate with the owner the location of Public / Private waste areas.
2- Understand project scope & Establish Delivery Methodology.
3- Determine project requirements for project (organizational chart / direct & indirect cost).
4- Review contract agreement & add any necessary clause to achieve the project sucess (Cost / Time) till the signature of contract.

15- Follow up Material arrival with head office procurement team.

Responsibilities:
1- Prepare and Discuss Yearly Financial Model with upper management to determine the company yearly Budget.
2- Communicate with contractors/bidders, prepare tender packages (drawings, specs., B.O.Q, contract agreements), compare bidders financial & Technical offers & negotiate with them and get best & final offer.
3- Review & approve project time schedules and ensure they comply with company goals & budget (cash in/out).
