Administers& maintains the HSE systems approved by
the QHSEManager .Conducts periodical sites visit and
inspects HSE procedures.Issues a warning note for
basic violationsand escalates serious matters to
Group SHEQ Director.Conducts RA and HA for current
operations, recommends CRA and accordingly develops
and maintain safety contingency plans for hazardous
situations e.g. fires, etc…and ensures
implementation.Conductsinvestigations for any NCR
taking place and conducts RCA and alerts the
QHSEManager to urgent responses to the workplace
HSE complaints. Reviews the periodical safety
checklist outlining daily activities;risk areas, violations
and CRA undertaken or pending cases..
Conductsperiodic HSE related performance reviews on
all departments’ assets andresources and submits an
updated report to the QHSE Manager.
Conductsemployee safety training across the whole
organization ensuring of all HSE procedures and the
benefitsto their own welfareGenerates a monthly SHE
report to Top Managementreflecting details of SHE
activity trends (violations, injuries, costimplication
etc.).

Training, manage and improve the performance of the

implement QA standards and evaluate its
adequacy, implementation and e ciency of quality and
inspection systems, plan, investigate customer
complaints and NCRs issues, develop, recommend and
monitor CRA and PRA, identify training needs and
organize training interventionstomeet quality
standards, coordinate and support on-site audits
conducted by external providers, evaluate audit
findings and implement appropriate corrective actions,
compliance with quality and industry regulatory
requirements

HSSE Lead
Induction and awareness training for staff, 5S
management, store management, SSOW, Ensure the
safety, health and environmental responsibility of the
Company’s personal, office facilities and business
activities. Implementation of the Project HSE Risk
management system based on OHSAS 18001, ISO
14001, Project HSE Management Plan and good
practices, Formulating, advising, implementing and
monitoring contractor and construction HSE
management activities for the project. Ensuring HSE
committee meetings. Monitoring, evaluating, analysing
and monthly reporting on project HSE management
and performance and incident investigations
Investigate report and advise during incident
investigation proceedings and recommend
interventions to address areas of improvement arising
out of the incident trends analysis. Conducting daily,
weekly and monthly HSE inspections, auditing, and
incident investigation legal and project requirements.
