• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
• Review BOQ, IFC drawings, Specifications, Special & General conditions to finalize the sub-contractor scope.
• Assisting in development of the controls budget and preparing forecasts to ensure budget requirements are within project expectations
and approved funding levels.
• Establish detailed schedule for the subcontractors using CBS method according to the project needs and company capabilities.
• Follow up material cycle and related purchase orders and ensure material delivery dates as planned.
• Ensure to implement sub-contractors contracts as per the main contract administration strategy.
• Coordinate with PM & CM regarding any required variation order requested by sub-contractors.
• Review and evaluate the claims presented by sub-Contractors and/or construction suppliers.

• Present cost status and forecast updates to the Project Management and client.
• Outline project requirements and assign tasks to the team.
• Budgeting and cost management of the project.
• Initiate tracking sheets for variable deliverables.

• Preparation and maintenance of level 1, 2, 3 &4 Plans as fully constrained and resourced networks, including the leveling of work within agreed priorities, resource levels and targets.
• Provide and manage cost control by recording project cost and progress under Project Controls Supervisor direction.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules covering activities through to the start of execution.
• Interacts with all levels of the organization on project related issues (operational and other)
• Plans, coordinates, and directs preparation of specific budgets. Assists in developing requirements for budgeting standards. Identifies or defines data sources and techniques for data acquisition, and collects required data.

• Determines project objectives and development of a comprehensive project plan.
• Manage project's performance by comparing actual progress to planned.
