Manages the new IT projects and coordinate with the other departments
Preparing the final reports to be evaluated from the IT Manager.
Manages training of new employees on relevant software or training of existing employees on new tool.
Support the production and our servers with troubleshoots any technical problem.
Provide user support for organization applications and systems.(support all the windows applications and all the installed software)
Email configuration and backup.
Provide first-level hardware support for all IT devices (printers, photocopiers, scanners, Avaya telephone system, structure Cabling, switches, routers, Blackberry…etc).
Coordination with all IT suppliers to ensure better service delivery also
Support the company Infrastructure.
Administrating server services and active directory: Creating User name & password, manage file access permissions for certain project Personnel to certain files .With implementing and maintain group policies.
Support all the production applications and the servers with troubleshoots any technical problem remotely or manually
Troubleshoot all the network services
Provide Orientation for users on the use of their H/W, S/W and Network accessibility.
