Experience in Automation Engineering, troubleshooting, testing and solving issues involving Foxboro Distributed Control System(DCS) hardware, Network and PLCs software and applications.
Creating Simple loops, Complex loops, templates, Bulk
Generation and Logic writing using software tools
HMI Static Graphic Development, Dynamic Configuration and building smart symbols
- Perform root cause analysis on reported problems using system diagnostics, product
symptoms, and data provided by the customers.
- Apply known solutions when available. Work independently or with others to find new or
better solutions.
- Analyze product issues and defects reported from the field in order to either identify
solutions/workarounds or confirm the defect and escalate as appropriate.
- Use test systems and processes to verify that fixes or workarounds are effective.
Sites visits support Activities:
ARAMCO Haradh Gas plant, OLUG upgrade preparation Mar 2011
- Collect several types of data to capture the state of the system and have the required data for
the project team to prepare for the online upgrade.
- System network performance: Network traffic analysis using the Wireshark software, Object
manager analysis using the FERRET software and Application workstation parameters.
Remote Sites Support Troubleshooting / Solving issues
- Responsible for the maintenance / development of control systems for glass production lines.
