Achievements and Responsibilities:

- Led the establishment of a Business Case for a USD 50 MM multi tenant building
- Focal driver of a taskforce responsible of recommending alternative funding options for upcoming
projects
- Undertook a project to review and update all new and existing tenant lease agreements
- Run feasibility studies for various projects to ensure alignment with commercial guidelines
- Involved in initial negotiations and agreement-drafting of potential KRTP tenants

Achievements and Responsibilities:

- Project lead for a mixed use housing development. The development covers a total area of 1.3 million m2 and an overall estimated value of USD 500 million. Managed the commercial development of the project including a full selection and negotiation process with 40 local and international developers.
- Analytical arm in a 200-unit lease agreement. Participated as a member of the negotiation team as well.
- Introduced a home ownership program initiative. The program targeted 600 Saudi employees and
provided financial support through local bank agreements.
- Introduced over 20 new business initiatives. This was done through a systematic approach and
international benchmarks.
- Launched and supervised consultancy contracts with a total value of USD 3 million.
- Co-established a full organizational revenue strategy. The strategy attends both top down and bottom up
approaches.

Achievements and Responsibilities:

- Transformed 9 parcels of land to University ownership. Worked with Jeddah Municipality and the Saudi
court to verify the coordinates and approve the deeds.
- Led the work between KAUST and the Saudi Communications and Information Technology
Commission (CITC) to reserve a unique radio frequency for University use.
- Represented KAUST to the Saudi Post office to establish a unique mailing address and zip code for the
main University campus.
- Registered a University owned research vessel at the Ministry of Transportation and CITC.
- Lead the establishment of the Government Affairs Services Center (GASC). The center serves over 2, 000
employees with nearly 20, 000 transactions daily.
- KAUST ambassador in charge of representing the University in front of official delegations.
- Deliver bi weekly orientation sessions detailing department services to new employees/academics.
