1. Lead the factory team member to obtain the manufacturing process indoor and installation offshore according to the required specification and reference regulation with quality.
2. Lead and manage the technical office team member with providing technical support and revising the result of materials need to take the decision of manufacturing and create the adaptation in the manufacturing drawing if required.
3. Create test plans for the product according to the quality rules
4. Follow up on the maintenance plan of the equipment and machine tools.
5. Create the evaluation criteria and evaluating the workers, technicians, technologists, and engineers in the team.
6. Create the factory annual business plan and present quarter annual account report to the Board of Directors.
7. Follow up with do the preparation need to get the governmental agreements and certificates for the factory products especially for freshwater pipes and petroleum pipes.
8. Follow up and create the safety rules in the factory for spaces, equipment, and PPE.
9. Put the required annual training plan for all staff members.
10. Create a marketing plan for the factory and follow up on the achievable profit each year.
11. Participate in the regular board of directors meeting which needs the factory manager to present and discuss all related issues.
12. Communicate with the customer’s consultant to finalize any product defects or errors.
13. Create a factory annual development plan.
