• Responsible for overall sales operations and developments of all sales channels to acquire more market share.
• Achieving the assigned sales target.
• Distribution of Zain products.
• Managing partners and POS operations.
• People management.
• Objective setting for all related teams.
• Review and solve any stock issue and do the needed forecast to ensure high availability of products.
• Achieving target levels of new business through effective management of a team of sales professionals and partners.
• Ensure high level of product availability.
• Ensure high level customer satisfaction.
• Work with different dept. to get the needed support for customers.
Responsible for the following:
• Discuss and explain target and current achievement, team issue, any suggestion for improvement with the team on a weekly basis
• Achieving the assigned sales target.
• Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Check with the supervisor the “daily check list” and following up issues if there is any within the other departments (IT, Sales Support, Customer Care, Logistics, etc.).
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• Follow up with other departments to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Respond, resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue if it’s either technical (IT/network) or customer care issues to be forwarded to concern department.
• Review and analyze daily transactions.
• Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales.
• Ensure store is prepared with brochures and stock to start the shifts.
• Ensure that all customer consultants are prepared and ready before starting their shift.
• Distribute current stock/products to customer service consultant and calculate stock with cash on the end of the shift.
• Print, check charging machine report on the end of every shift.
• Monitor employee’s sales reports and focus on weaknesses.
• Communicate with other department to solve issues facing customer consultant.
• Receive, solve customer complaints and forward the technical issues to technical department.
• Monitor, motivate customer consultant to achieve target.
• Monitor current market and competitors promotions.
• Follow up on customers’ orders and issues.
