ton/day with foreign experts and member of startup team and plant
operation.
Responsible for continues process optimization.
Support and assist maintenance team in troubleshooting difficult
breakdowns and chronic equipment failures and supervising maintenance
team at night shift.
Lead team of supervisors, technicians and workers to achieve production
plan with high quality and minimum downtimes.
Planning for factory shutdown tasks and implementing in time.
Studying minimize breakdowns by analyzing the reasons and repeating and
find the root causes and suitable solutions.
Studying minimize losses by controlling the process and improving process
quality.
OEE training at Wadi Academy, applying OEE concept on process.
Problem solving training at Wadi Academy.
Reporting to plant manager directly.
Planning for production (annually, monthly and weekly) depending on sales
forecast, using the available resources to achieve the maximum capacity of
the equipments.
Preparing production reports daily, weekly, monthly and specific reports to
the management.
Responsible for production of different types of special dryers, antifoaming
agents, dispersing agents and other special additives.
Design and operation of some equipment (vessels, reactors, heat
exchangers and pipelines).
Solving technical problems facing production and find the most suitable
and cheapest solutions and faster.
Production of different types of paints especially putty and textures paints.
