- Managing the daily spare parts warehouse operations, supervision of warehouse staff and ensure safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Plan the forecast challenges, effective scheduling, and budgeting both time and labor.
- Provide staff training on best practices in the areas of work methods, techniques and evaluates their performances for continued success.
- Research, analyze, and evaluate new service procedures, and techniques.
- Apply the policies, procedures, laws, and regulations pertaining to assigned programs.
- Assist in a variety of Department operations; perform special projects and assignments as requested.
1. Develop and implement effective inspection policies, procedures and strategies of the mechanical
Workshop equipment, fabricated spare parts, and electrical motor repair shop to ensure that the
plant have the necessary spare parts quantity and quality availability to achieve plant operation
objectives.
2. Follow up the progress, schedule and budget of the Mechanical Workshop Sector.
3. Supervise of technicians during spare parts manufacturing.
4. Troubleshoot and mechanical inspection of the workshop machines.
5. Issue a preventive maintenance plan for the workshop machines.
Troubleshoot and mechanical inspection of all the Caterpillar equipment (loaders, dozers,
excavators, Compactors, generators…).
Working in the study on transportation master plan in the greater Cairo region in Egypt.
