1. Key link between BAYER and healthcare professionals through developing adequate professional relations with identified customers to help them identify cases where they can prescribe / dispense / use our products for the benefit of their customers.
2. Communicate the product benefits to potential customers prescribing / dispensing / using identified products.

5. Ensure the achievement of pre-determined targets following company values and beliefs; ensure the implementation of marketing & sales plans as well as the use of territory / product / competitor knowledge.
6. Prepare timely planning, feedback and sales documentation / sales reporting to the Supervisors as per request and prior agreement so as to ensure optimum territory coverage.
7. Assist the direct manager in creating effective business plans for the assigned area through sharing knowledge and experience gained in the assigned field.
8. Ensure compliant behavior in correspondence to company rules and regulations at any time.
