• Plan and organize all implementation phases as a turnkey for Vodafone Sites.
• Manage vendors and suppliers within the implementation of Vodafone GSM network sites.
• Manage implementation budgets, company targets and forecast.
• Lead and Coach network roll-out team engineers to enhance and develop the team’s qualifications.
• Manage and optimize resources and perform schedule employee evaluations.
• Manage different teams; site acquisition and permits team, civil construction team, telecom deployment team, to build Vodafone new sites.
• Execute and control vendor swap projects, (2G/3G/LTE) upgrades, small cells and indoor solutions.
• Evaluate vendors and suppliers periodically.
• Continuous calibration/enhancement for H&S processes.
• Conducting H&S audit visits with contractor management to ensure that safety practices are followed.
• Cooperate with Network Engineering department to improve network planning and deployment of equipment.
• Lead and coach a team of engineers and technicians to achieve corporate goals of network field maintenance department.
• Manage vendors /subcontractors to ensure that performance is done, according to service level agreement.
• Manage E&M vendors.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance visits schedule.
• Manage resources and maintenance on call schedule planning.
• Monitor and control managed services vendor in respect to KPIs, performance, and target availability figures.
• Handle efficiently trouble tickets system, to check, update and resolve trouble tickets assigned to Field Ops.
• Analyze and evaluate reports for CM and PM for a better network availability.
• Audit visits to ensure Vendors KPIs.
• Manage revamp projects for GSM network components.
• Manage Quality streams projects to meet company availability targets.
• Manage material and spare parts inventory.
• Manage process and service level agreements with other company’s departments.
• Drive Customer Experience improvement and performance.
Duties and responsibility:
• Install and maintenance of Alcatel PBX system (Omni PCX Ofice).
• Lead technicians team to perform installation projects (swap and new installations)
• Lead technicians team to perform maintenance activities for Omni PCX ofice
• Participate in new sales technical reviews and system abilities.
