1. Managing and maintaining a PRIMAVERA (PCM) & ACONEX Document Control System.
2. Provide advice on procedures of issue and
methods in accessing the system.
3. Ensuring all documents are up to date within
electronic filing.
4. Perform document control & Quality management activity.
5. Reporting on the performance of the document
control system for review and as a basis for
improvement of the documents control system.
6. Receiving and distributing all documents.
Preparation transmittal sheets for Inspection Requests, Material & Shop drawing submittals and Filing etc.
7. Set up documents and folders for new projects.
1. Scanning in all relevant new documents Checking
dispatch documents is accurate Presentation and
filing of documents and drawings.
2. Issuing and distributing controlled copies of

3. Managing and maintaining a PRIMAVERA (PCM) & ACONEX Document Control System.
4. To ensure compliance with quality assurance
requirements.
1. Responsible for the effective and efficient
document control of all Engineering documents.
2. Design and development of advanced project
document control system for the business.
3. Daily routine activities of Document Control,
including distribution of documents, Maintaining electronic folders and directories, tracking and retrieval of documents and drawings.
4. Work closely and liaise with contractors’ document control group in all matters relating to document control.
1. Work on PRIMAVERA (PCM) & ACONEX.
2. Reviews documents for accuracy.
3. Completeness and correct numbering system
