-Responsible for managing assigned projects from initiation to closure in the Middle East, GCC Countries and Africa.
-Manages assigned Proof of concepts (POCs) from initiation to closure.
-Develop and track detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, achievements, risks and issues to drive successful outcomes.
-Promote and monitor compliance activities with audit and information policies.
-Developing and implementing corrective action plans to mitigate impact to project schedules and overall business objectives.
-Meets budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
-Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
-Track project costs and contribute to earned value analysis and regularly collect and report contract financial management and overall project health, P&Ls and forecasted budget.
-Using a hybrid between Agile & waterfall approach for the most efficient delivery of our services.
-Ensure the submission of timely Change Requests (CR’s), where appropriate.
-Collaborate closely with the Head of PMO by providing monthly budget forecasts and reconciling invoices.
-Monitor project progress, regularly report on progress, identify and action potential stoppers and issues.
-Facilitate efficient communication across all levels of the project (Internal Stakeholders, External Stakeholders, Partners, Third Parties, Vendors and Clients) to ensure consistency in reaching the project’s goal, and to help in the recognition of any potential opportunities, risks or complications.
-Delegates project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
-Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
-Leading and managing cross-functional and virtual teams to ensure key deliverables are achieved.
-Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects.
-Provide leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibility and project milestones.
Responsibilities include;
- Manage the delivery of projects from concept to launch.

- Responsible for monitoring & following up not limited to the LGs, scheduling supplier payments but also Customer invoices collection.

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of medium and large, cross-functional/ domain projects and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Lead the scoping, planning, cost estimating, and pricing of in-scope projects.
- Communicate efficiently and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Managing project resource requirements and integrating them into project plans.
- Control the overall project by influencing corrective actions whenever required.
- Monitoring project progress and providing adequate reports.
- Building project E2E plans and contingency plans for the critical path.
- Producing project documents such as RACI, PID, Issue logs, Risk Registers, Lessons Learned, etc.
- Responsible for Budget management and control, timescales and quality.
- Manage the risks and issues in an efficient manner.
- Creates, maintains and tracks project plans and schedules, cost estimates, risks and issue logs throughout the life of the project.
-Manages all the projects related activities (requirements, planning, reporting, … etc.) towards the successful delivery of customer requirements, timely reporting to both customer and management, and addressing risks as they arise.
-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
-Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
-Manage changes to the scope, schedule and costs using appropriate techniques.
-Communicate efficiently and manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders.
-Develop a detailed project plan, analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure projects remain on-track to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities include;
- Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned.
- Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon.
- Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across projects based on the scope of work and project goals.
- Determine the scope and clear business objectives of the project and the critical success factors of implementation projects.
- Prepare and communicate Project Plan to client and project team.
- Manage client expectations and ensure implementation is within the agreed scope and timeline.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with the client and ensure he is fully satisfied.
- Plan, manage and maximize utilization of project resources
- Implement and manage project Change Control procedures.
“Outsourcing from BTC Networks”
Responsibilities include;
- Responsible for administrative and technical support of enterprise voice and unified communications systems and services (Avaya CS1000M HA and Avaya Voice Applications AACC “CCMA & CCMS”) for Vodafone Contact Center offshore accounts which include Vodafone (UK, Ireland, Germany and Qatar).
- Maintain voice network infrastructure and call center systems’ operation, availability and robustness.
- Providing daily Installations/Moves/Adds/Changes/Deletes (IMACD) support for Vodafone managed environment.
Responsibilities include;
- Perform installations and maintenance (corrective and preventive), Configuration, Plan, Organize, perform testing and upgrades, Troubleshooting, workaround and solving problems, also Programming of Voice Systems and provide support of Avaya Red and Blue (Formerly Nortel) voice infrastructure to include IP Telephony, voice routing design and configuration.
- Provide in-depth onsite and remote technical guidance to Customers to ensure a successful deployment also diagnose and resolve technical issues during the implementation.
- Serve as a technical lead for hardware installation, configuration, and operational support of Telecom infrastructure.
- Provide the highest level of technical consultancy to ensure problem resolution is achieved in the shortest possible time frame.
- Manage the deliverables on complex customer design and implementation projects.
