Organization Development
•Develop the Organization structure with proper org unit’s identification and clear accurate reporting line.
•Complete all the JD’s for each job in the organization.
•Updating the system with employee actions; transfers, promotions, separations and make sure to maintain the reporting line updated on monthly basis on the ERP system.

Manpower
•Develop Annual Manpower plan within the budgeting cycle
•Develop the Saudization strategy (attract and retain)
Recruitment
•Define a recruiting flow process
•Sourcing and Hiring as per the manpower plan by fling each vacancy within 90 days locally and 120 days overseas.
•Keep turnover less than 10% for all nationalities.
•Maintain Saudization % to be higher than NITAQAT % by 5% with GM agreement.
•Utilize the Saudization department to fulfill the Saudization needs in your companies.


Performance Management System (PMS)
•Monitor and organize the PMS process within the companies and analyze the provided data with each GM.
Employee Relation
•New employee orientation-to ease new employees experience and to have first opportunity to convey what is expected of them
•Develop procedure for grievance and discipline
•Governance of all employee internal employee legal communications within the companies; warnings letters, transfers, attendance, separation, joining, etc.
•Coach the managers to properly fill out warning forms in case of discipline action
•Maintain a personnel record for each employee.
•Exit interviews
•Develop report and analyze retention, turnover, and ways to improve it
