• Managing and implementing corporate application projects for allocated business units to completion while overseeing the team’s performance during said projects using D365 & AX2012.
• Responsible for all company bids from the IT prospective to provide all software solutions & hardware equipment accordant to business needs.
• Preparing technical & financial proposals required for Tenders.
• Implementing core user training, providing user support including company specific configurations.
• Handling a portfolio of projects according to the organizational standards and requirements.
• Heading functional and technical resources in the implementation of project related activities.
• Preparing and maintaining all project documentation such as; initiation, delivery plans and budgets.
• Developing Program Plans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Ensuring projects are planned and executed in-line with business needs.
• Guarantying an adequate level of documentation is produced as part of the technical solution.
• Maintaining a communications plan and keeping the business and IT communities appraised of project plans and related implications.
• Producing regular progress reports for management briefings.
• Act as interface between senior management, operations / divisional IT and the corporate IT development for all in house application development.
• Manage and analyze the customers' needs for new implementations.
• Support and troubleshoot existing customer’s requirements.
• Find the existing Gaps between the system and the customer needs and try to cover it.
• Prepare the needed documents (Analysis, GAP, Mapping, and Training).
• Train the users to be able to use the system to the optimum use.
• Implement and upload data for Microsoft AX users.
• Guide the users through the pilot phase of the project to apply the training practically.
• Manage and analyze the customers' needs for new implementations.
• Support and troubleshoot existing customer’s requirements.
• Find the existing Gaps between the system and the customer needs and try to cover it.
• Prepare the needed documents (Analysis, GAP, Mapping, and Training).
• Train the users to be able to use the system to the optimum use.
• Install and maintain Netsis servers and Clients.
• Implement and upload data for Netsis users.
• Document the solution steps to update the operations reference book and procedures
• Responsible for the technical and content iteration between databases and operation application
• Reporting the performance and incidents of the application.
• Setting up procedures regarding the servicing and managing of incidents.
• Provide regular reports on activity statistics.
• Maintains operability of the application under control.
• Accept, evaluate and solve operation problem.
• Work in a 24/7 mode by being on site (if necessary) on one of the rotating 8-HRS shifts.
• Available on-call 24/7 based on a rotation schedule which guarantees 24/7/365 system support.
