This is my main business from 2011 until now .
The Authority for the Protection and Development of Lakes and Fish
Resources is a governmental institution of the Egyptian state .
I've been in the procurement department since I joined this institution and
as you know work there is subject to very strict regulations and laws .
I conduct tenders and auctions and provide the needs of the institution,
which has branches all over the Republic
We have previously reported that I worked with human resources on one of
the projects of the National Authority for Military Production .
Here's the surprise for me .
When they wanted the National Authority for Military Production to create a
new human resources department in one of their new projects . Send me a
good offer to become a human resources manager for the project .
I was so happy with this offer . And indeed I worked hard and it was a great
work environment I really loved working there and I loved the way I
managed this difficult section
The National Authority for Military Production had a project to update the
data of the ration cards for citizens in the Arab Republic of Egypt .
Actually, I didn't work for this company at first with human resources . I
started working as a part-time data entry (evening period) . I was doing my
job to the fullest, which made managers nominate me to work in human
resources .
It was a very good opportunity for me . The HR field was new to me and I
learned a lot of things ( how to choose new employees - how to keep track of
attendance, departure and leave for employees - how to motivate employees
to do more From work effort) .
A fact that was a wonderful opportunity for me and I've held on to it and
developed from myself a lot . We'll find out later how I proved efficient
This company has been one of the largest companies in Egypt that works in
the field of gaming and playstation.
I was a member of account management . I was working part‑time (Evening
Time). I was reviewing branch sales daily as well as following up on suppliers'
and customers' accounts and making a periodic inventory of branches and
identifying the best‑selling and lowest‑selling items that help procurement
management identify branch needs
In a period of imbalance I joined as a data input into this company was a new
company in my small city. It was responsible for entering the data of many
companies operating in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain and other
countries.
She started working in Kafr al‑Sheikh and then moved to work in Kuwait.
Easy and simple job but I learned to write faster on the computer and also
gave me an opportunity to travel and work outside the country, increasing
my work experience and my life experience
My job in this office was more training than a job. I learned there to prepare
financial statements, income lists and other accounting matters. as well as
the work of tax returns and dealing with the Egyptian Tax Authority.
It was a short tenure but it was good and it gave me some sophistication in
understanding accounting matters.
I studied at the Faculty of Commerce, Tanta University, and graduated in 2008. I learned the principles of accounting in general, and I also studied corporate accounting, cost accounting, tax accounting, and economics.
