Execution of BIM processes aligned to ISO19650.
Hosting and Managing BIM Coordination meetings, assessing and reporting the supply chain, and supporting the BIM Manager.
Closely work with the Engineers in developing and finalizing designs of assigned scope of work and Prepare engineering drawings comprised of basic arrangements, layouts, etc.
Perform dimensional and routine calculations required for drawing preparation.
Check accuracy of layouts and drawings and make adjustments as necessary.
File and maintain drawings to ensure proper back-up.

BIM Experience :
Working within the Structural Group undertaking the structural modelling and detailing of projects in the building sectors.

Study the specifications, drawings and conditions of the project contract.
-Preparing the full project’s procurement plan.
-Participate in investigation committee for received materials.
-Prepare and arrange all interim invoices for subcontractors and suppliers.
-Prepare the monthly interim invoices for the owner/client.
-Prepare and submit change orders/additional orders to the client according to its cost and timeframe.
-Prepare approval requests for materials adherence to project’s specifications and follow up the handing over to the
