❑ Since AUG 2004- Till Now: Account Manager in Harvest Foods "El Bawadi"
Responsibilities:
• Supervise employees performing financial accounting, billing, collections, payroll, budgeting duties and receive the report of: ✓ sales orders after importing it to be invoices at Account receivable
✓ matching the actual balance of inventories with the on hand quantities at the book balance report after checking The transaction document van ( issue / return / transfer)
✓ the daily transaction report at account receivable ( credit memo - invoices - debit memo - receipts) and controlling the customer balance by checking payment terms and the due value
✓ the daily transaction report at account payable and Expenses analysis with the cost center at all levels
✓ cash management report by Checking the ( internal / external) bank statements and reconciliation
✓ notes receivable history report at all status ( confirmed - remitted - cleared -reversed)
• Direct the financial analysis and accounting functions of the company.
• Coordinate and direct the financial planning, budgeting of organization
• Develop internal control policies, guidelines, procedures for activities such as budget, cash, and credit management and accounting.
• Direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position, forecasting, annual budget and reports.
• Monitor all accounts transaction.
• Preparation and maintaining balance sheet.
• Preparation annual budget and analysis the variances of the actual results and evaluation
• the performance
• Develop and install computer - based cost accounting system.
• Lead and supervise the operation of accounting department.
• Good working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation finalization and cash flow.
• Ensure booking accuracy.
• Manage the company's accounting and taxation matters
