Key Performance and Achievements:
Responsible for all site mobilization and set up.
Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
Liaising with client on a regular basis and build relationships in parallel with maintaining compliance with formal communication routes.
Following issuing method statement prior starting any activity.
Coordinating with consultant for all Design matters, samples approvals, Mock Ups, Progress Claims
