- Responsible of calling other business houses, discussing with them the areas of engineering in which the company operates.
- Responsible of understanding the client's area of business.
- Obtain information from clients and other sources for preparation of bids and proposals.
- Preparation and addressing of Pre-bid clarifications.
- Review of received RFQ (Request for Quotation) including specification, drawings and other information from client to fully understand the customer’s requirements.
- Acquires information on current and future projects.
- Being aware of the market changes and identify upcoming opportunities for the Company.
- Seeking new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Responsible of providing the management with feedback.
- Responsible of planning and preparing presentations.
- Ensures continuous business for the Company.
- Manage the proposals in time, discuss the same with management, submit them to clients and maintains a strong follow up with the clients.
- Takes steps required to facilitate potential business with new customers. This includes registration as a supplier with relevant authorities.
