work Description:
• Prepare all reports and statistics (daily - weekly - monthly).
• Developing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining HSE management system with the requirement of ISO 18001 and ISO 9001
• Planning and conducting internal audits to insure safe and healthy work environment.
• Hold and run daily, weekly, monthly HSE meetings.
• Prepare Risk Assessment /JHA Job site hazardous Analysis.
• Investigation & analysis of incidents (accident/near misses) & preparation of related report, evaluate data, submit reports & recommends remedial actions to avoid recurrence in future.
• Recording unsafe acts & unsafe conditions and take necessary action to avoid recurrence.
• Prepare the Reports and Schedules for Safety activities.
• Design all reports format by the computer.
• Prepare all Work Permit (General Permit - Confined Space Entry Work Permit-Hot Work Permit) and stop card system.
• Energy Control Program - Lockout / Tag out.
• Implement plan safety procedures for all construction, electrical and Mechanical activities.
• Inspecting cranes and all lifting equipment.
• Provided Preliminary Orientation Training for The newly recruited Labors to Be Ready to work At the Sites.
• Ensuring workers are provided with suitable PPE and working safely.
• Training for First Aid activities.
• Training for Industrial hygiene.
• Training for blood borne pathogens.
• Training for ergonomics.
• Training for Fire Fighting.
• Securing Metal Scaffolds on Facades, above and Underground.
• Make Planes for Means of Egress.
• Prepare the Fire, emergency and Medical Evacuation drills.
